See a list of changes made to an entry, and easily revert the changes that were made. “Track Changes” for Gravity Forms entries!

Show a history of edits to an entry

Show the full history of changes to an entry, what field values changed, and who changed them. Restore the entry version you want with a single click.

Showing a history of edits is great for GravityView. GravityView allows users to edit their own entries, so you may want to know the changes to an entry over time. That’s possible with Entry Revisions.

It’s easy to go back to a previous version of an entry

Restoring an old version of an entry in Gravity Forms is as easy as clicking the version of the entry you want, selecting the values to restore, and clicking a button.

DIY is a different kind of View layout: the purpose is to allow designers and developers the most flexibility.

The goals of the layout are to:

  • Reduce the amount of PHP programming needed
  • Configure your View outside of the Custom Content field
  • Maintain the visual nature of GravityView field layouts
  • Add tons of flexibility to layouts
  • Make it easy to wrap fields in different HTML tags
  • Customize using CSS as much as you want, without more code than is necessary
  • Provide developers & designers a template with less opinionated markup

DIY allows you to use your own CSS and HTML structure, without needing to modify template files.

DIY Layout includes no CSS—use your own to craft your masterpiece!

With GravityView’s default List and Table layouts, you can create amazing designs using just your Gravity Forms entry data. But the List layout is opinionated: we created a layout that would work well for most needs, not all needs. DIY Layout is the layout for the rest of your needs.

You will want DIY Layout if you:

  • Want more flexibility than the List layout
  • Find yourself using Custom Content fields a lot
  • Modify field content with filters or actions
  • Have ever overridden GravityView field templates
  • Want to modify the HTML tag that wraps field content

Display Gravity Forms entries on a map. Configure it to your heart’s content. Included in All Access licenses.

A great Gravity Forms Google Maps integration

  • Automatically convert addresses from Gravity Forms entries into map markers
  • Display entries on a single map
  • Configure info boxes with details about each listing
  • Have maps on single-entry pages
  • Set custom map marker icons, and even allow users to choose their own map marker icon!
  • New: Elegantly display multiple markers that are in close proximity to each other with marker clusters. Read more on our blog.
  • New: When multiple markers are in the same location, they will be “spiderfied”, or displayed in a web-like pattern around the location. Read more on our blog.
  • New: If your form has multiple address fields, you can display them all as separate markers on the map. Useful if a business has multiple locations, for example.

Lots of map configuration options

  • Map Layers (traffic, transit, bike path options)
  • Default/Minimum/Maximum Zoom
  • Zoom Control (none, small, let Google decide)
  • Draggable Map (on/off)
  • Double-click Zoom (on/off)
  • Scroll to Zoom (on/off)
  • Pan Control (on/off)
  • Street View (on/off)

Save tons of time: edit your entries 340% faster

We know the pain of bulk data entry! If you edit entries en masse on a regular basis, you will save mind-numbing hours.

Our customers spend hours editing existing entries, one at a time. Most of the time, they want to update only one field to define a category, add custom labels, or approve a work order. Often, they repeat the process weekly or monthly for hundreds of entries.

Inline Editing is the best way to quickly make changes to Gravity Forms form entries. You don’t need to edit each entry individually. Instead, just change the entry values to what you want, and you’re done—without ever seeing a full Edit Entry form.
