Add users to GetResponse campaigns, with or without Paid Memberships Pro.

Installation

  1. Upload the “pmpro-getresponse” directory to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory of your site.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

How it Works

After installing PMPro GetResponse, a new page under Settings will be added in the WordPress dashboard titled “PMPro GetResponse”.

On this page, you will be prompted to enter your GetResponse API key. Once entered, you will be able to select which campaigns you would like your users to be subscribed to.

If PMPro is installed, you will be able to select a different set of campaigns for each membership level you have created. If PMPro is not installed, you will only be able to select one set of campaigns for all users.

Note: If your WordPress users do not have First and Last Names filled out, their “display name” will be used as the GetResponse Contact name.

How It Works

Claimed Gift CodesThe Gift Membership Add On adds “gift levels” to Paid Memberships Pro by defining “gift giver” and “gift recipient” level relationships with customized gift levels. When a user’s membership level is changed to the designated “gift giver” level, a customized discount code is created based on the settings set in the $pmprogl_gift_levels global array. Additionally, any levels can be set to require gift codes by using the $pmprogl_require_gift_code global array.

Any user who has purchased Gift Codes will be able to view their claimed and unclaimed codes on their Membership Account page.

Note: Checking out with a “gift giver” level will not change that user’s membership level if they already have one, so members are free to purchase as many Gift Codes as they desire.

Gift Aid allows individuals who are subject to UK income tax to complete a simple, short declaration that they are a UK taxpayer (Wikipedia, 2015). If you don’t know what Gift Aid is – you probably don’t need this.

This Add On allows you to add a checkbox to membership checkout so customers can opt in to Gift Aid.

How it Works

Adds the ability to create a single ‘parent’ discount code and bulk generate ‘child’ codes with the same settings. The parent code controls all of the pricing, expiration, allowed levels, etc. Once saved, each of the sub-codes will act as if they have the same settings as the main code.

This is useful for bulk mailing, newsletters, or participation in a Groupon-type program.

As shown in the above screenshot, Timer is placed at the sidebar of individual ticket page that will allow an agent to start or stop timer based on his capability.

You can also access total time spend on tickets of a particular user from this widget along with time spend per ticket.

If you choose to show time in the ticket list, time of active timer will be shown in set colour (Green in below screenshot).

It exports all fields available for the ticket list (even it is not set in the list) but not others like attachments, description, replies, etc.

Export all tickets based on the current filter set in the ticket list so that if you want only particular tickets to export, it is possible and if all required, simply do not apply any filter.

You can decide Support Agent Roles to have this feature enabled. Also, there is an option available as All User if you want export tickets feature available for users.

It exports only accessible tickets of logged in user so that agent can only export tickets accessible to him, the user can export only his tickets, the administrator can export all tickets, etc.
