This add-on will integrate Easy Digital Download (EDD) plugin with your Supportcandy.

In Create Ticket Page two custom fields of EDD product and order are added by default when activating this plugin.

Also, when you view ticket you will find a ticket widget added at the sidebar of open ticket page namely EDD Order with all Order Details.

Agents can view all the order details after clicking the order number.

Also, a Support Tab is added in Purchase History with its Help button. On click “Help”, Customer can create a ticket with selected order id.

Allow users to “Pay by Check” ONLY for specific membership levels. See the Pay by Check add on for adding check payment as an option on a level.

How it Works

This add on allows you to specify the level or levels that allow payment by check. In most sites, the level is set up with the same pricing information as a level with online payment, but with an expiration date (i.e. your online payment level may be $37/year recurring and your check payment level is $37 for 1 year – non-recurring).

When a member completes checkout for the level, they will see the “Pay by Check” payment instructions on the checkout, confirmation page and confirmation email. Once check payment is received, the admin can update the user to the full membership level with appropriate expiration date.

Most sites do not give any members-only content access to the check payment level. It is simply used as a holding level until the actual payment is received.

An additional application of this add on is to allow bank transfer (direct debit) as a payment method. You can specify the instructions for how you will contact the member to receive payment, whether this is a mailing address to submit check or that you will email them privately to set up a bank transfer.

This plugin adds a “level cost text” field to Membership Levels and Discount Codes, allowing you to override PMPro’s default level cost text. You can also modify the cost text globally via Advanced Settings. Please use with care as sometimes the level cost text is the only way a user will know how much their credit card is being charged.

How it Works

This plugin will add the PMPro “Require Membership” meta box to all CPTs selected on the Settings > PMPro CPTs admin page.

If a non-member visits that single CPT (either a logged out visitor or a logged in user without membership access) they will be redirected to the selected page.

It even works with WooCommerce for “members only” products (redirects users without access from the single product view).

How it Works

This Add on for Paid Memberships Pro adds a validation link to the membership confirmation email sent to members when signing up for selected levels on your site.

The membership will be active for the user, but access to members-only content will fail until their email address is validated (the pmpro_has_membership_access_filter will return false).

The site admin can also manually validate any user through the dashboard by clicking the “Validate User” button on the Memberships > Members List or Users admin page.

How it Works

By default, Paid Memberships Pro will send members an email notice 7 days prior to their expiration date. Use this add on to send notifications at additional intervals. It also allows you to set a custom email message for each additional interval (i.e. send a custom message at the 30 day and 60 days from expiration point).

Installation

Upload the ‘pmpro-extra-expiration-warning-emails’ directory to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory of your site.

Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Update the $emails array to change when the additional emails are sent and to define a custom template file, if desired.

How it Works

If a user has X failed payments without a successful order in between, their subscription is cancelled.

Installation

Upload the ‘pmpro-failed-payment-limit.php’ to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory of your site.

Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Then, set the rule to cancel membership after X failed payments. After installing and activating the plugin, you must set a constant for ‘PMPRO_FAILED_PAYMENT_LIMIT’ (either in your theme’s functions.php file or helper customizations plugin) for the number of failures.
