Many UpStream users will create one project template and then use it for every project. The Copy Project extension allows you do that. This makes it perfect for anyone who uses a standard approach for their projects.

After installing and activating the Copy Project extension, a new “Copy” link will appear underneath each project in the WordPress admin area:

Click the “Copy” link and you will see a duplicate version of the project:

The Customizer extension adds an extra settings page to UpStream to easily brand and style the frontend of the UpStream plugin.

You can upload your logo and resize it to fit, add custom footer text and change virtually every color with the click of a button.

If you know CSS, you can also add your own custom CSS to change font sizes, positions and just about anything else that you need to.

At the top of the Customizer, you can add a logo so that your project management screens show your logo:

The Frontend Edit extension is a very important extension if you want to use UpStream via the frontend of your WordPress site.

The Fronted Edit extension will allow yourself, your users and your clients to interact with projects via the front of your site.

You can add and edit Projects, Tasks, Bugs, Files and Discussions without needing the WordPress admin area.

After installing and activating the Frontend Edit extension, new buttons will appear on the frontend that allow logged in users to easily create, edit, or delete new items.

This is a workaround if you would like to allow multiple membership levels per user.

How it Works

Admin designates a post as an “addon package” by setting a price for access and selecting which membership levels can purchase the package.

For users without access, the page will show the excerpt and a link to purchase at the bottom of the page.

For users with access, the page will choose the full page/post content (content after the “more” tag).

Set the global PMPROAP_EXP_DAYS to optionally define an expiration term for all addon packages (i.e. 7 days)
