Account Details

Now, you can show subscription details and payment history in the user’s BuddyPress profile settings page. A new tab is added to the settings page called “Account” and from there the user can view past payments, the current subscription, and a link to renew the subscription.

This Group Accounts add-on allows you to sell group memberships with multiple members through Restrict Content Pro.

With Group Accounts, a member can register an account that includes a set number of seats for “sub accounts”. Once registered, the group owner can then add or import accounts in order to give membership access to members of their group.

For example, a school teacher might register a group account for a class and then add each student in the class as a member of the group, granting each student access to members-only content and resources on the website.

Billing and account control (cancellations, upgrades, etc) is limited to group owners, meaning group members do not ever need to enter any payment details or worry about the status of their account. This makes it easy for organizations and other multi-member groups to manage access for their members without requiring that each member maintain their own account.

Drip Content for Restrict Content Pro lets you schedule the release of member content instead of it becoming available immediately when he or she joins. The schedules you define instruct Restrict Content Pro to release the content based on the member’s join date.

If a member tries to view the content before the schedule allows it, they see the standard restricted message that Restrict Content Pro normally shows when a member does not have access to content. Once the time period defined in the schedule has passed, the content will be visible to the member.

Let’s say you write tutorials that teach people how to play the guitar. Your lessons normally take 3 months to complete. Without drip, your members could sign up, download all the content, and cancel their membership the next day. With drip, you can release each lesson on the schedule you want and retain your members for the full 3 months. Drip Content is a great way to retain members and increase your revenue.

Do you want to sell websites on your WordPress multisite network? Now you can with Site Creation! With the Site Creation add-on for Restrict Content Pro, you can allow your members to subscribe to a membership plan that gives them access to their own WordPress website.

Site Creation is easy to set up. Simply enable the site creation option on the desired subscription levels, and your members can create their own sites when they subscribe to one of your membership plans.

Management is easy too. If a member’s subscription expires, Site Creation automatically disables that member’s site, making all the content unavailable. When the member renews the subscription, Site Creation automatically enables the site again, making all the content available just as it was before the membership expired.
